Day Of Appointment:

Makeup- It is best avoid eye makeup the day of your appointment if possible. Lash adhesive ONLY bonds to a squeaky clean lash, period. Makeup, oils, and debris will change the way the adhesive behaves (it’s testy!) so even a little bit of makeup in the way can shorten the longevity of  your set. For best results with lifts and extensions, avoid mascara 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Caffeine- Drinking too much caffeine can make your eyes fluttery and hugely effect my work! Please, Please, Please limit your caffeine intake the day of your lash appointment. I can work a lot quicker and more efficiently if your eyes are still. Plus, dozing off during your appointment is the best part!

Chemical Peel- If you are receiving a chemical peel, please note you may be red after your appointment. I suggest scheduling on a day you can go straight home until you are familiar with how your skin reacts. Sweating is prohibited 5 days after a chemcial peel and sun exposure should be very limited.

Headphones- Please bring headphones and listen to your own music or a podcast/book on tape. I need you as still as can be and good lashes take time so come prepared with something that will calm you and help pass the time. 

Dogs- I have a small dog named Pancake that I bring with me to work. If you have an issue/allergy with dogs please contact me ahead of time. She is the most people loving dog on the Planet but unfortunately doesn't love other dogs so please leave yours at home. 

Appointment time- My day runs on time so please be on time! I cannot give extra time at the end of appointments for clients who are late. I appreciate a heads up when you are running behind and I will let you know if I am running more than 5 minutes late.

Cancellation Policy- All appointments require a credit card on file and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you have to move your appointment or cancel in the 24 hour window 1/2 of the service fee will be charged. 100% off the service charge will be applied to all no shows or appointments canceled within 3 hours of start time.

Location-

Our address is 3566 Sacramento Street, just one block north of Laurel Village.

Parking-

There is a lot of metered parking in the area and at Laurel Village but of course is hit or miss. There is a neighborhood behind Laurel Village (not their parking lot) that has residential parking that has no time limit. Please plan to arrive early to find parking to ensure you get the full time allotted for your service.

I cannot stress enough, good lashes take time. If you are scheduled for a full set, I suggest parking in the untimed areas to avoid feeling rushed.
